It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Broom in Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dillinger Broom and Grace Horton Head; and his wife Gloria Wilson Broom. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Broom of Fort Mill, Johnnie Broom of Fort Mill and Angellica Broom of Fort Mill; his sisters, Joan Carol Howie of Indian Land, Jennie Ann Howie of Indian Land and Tammy Broom of Fort Mill; his grandchildren, Daisha Miles, Dalton Thompson, Avery Broom, Annalinn Boyd, Emmie Lou Hayes, Lilly Ann Hayes, Ethan Cameron and Meaghan Monteith; and his great grandchild Jaleek Edwards.
