She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roscoe Moser and Frances Hines Keyser; and her husband Oscar Fortner. She is survived by: her children, Frances Moss of Rock Hill, Nancy Fortner of Rock Hill, Starlet Neeley (Steve) of Rock Hill and Glenn Fortner of Rock Hill. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
