He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howell Shute and Shirley Deese Shute; and his brothers, Thomas Russell Shute and Stephen Martin Shute. He is survived by: his niece Brandy Shute Rhoney (Rico); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tahjion Rhoney, Ziyon Rhoney and Malon Rhoney.
