She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Franklin Towery and Ivey Jane McNeely Towery; and her sister Brenda Jane Towery. She is survived by: her husband Ted Lawrence; her children, Richard Brad Kimbrell Jr. (Cynthia) of Rock Hill, Ted Jeffery Lawrence of Schenectady, NY, David Ira Kimbrell of Charlotte, NC and Brenda Anne Bigham of Rock Hill; her brother Richard Franklin Towery of Sharon, SC; and her close friend James Eric Mechum. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
