He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Griswold Fowler; his sons, Darrell Fowler (Angie), Blake Mills and Brett Mills; his siblings, Milton Fowler, Ted Fowler (Linda), Barbara Ann Knight (Jack), Deborah Stone and Sandra Cross (Dale); his grandson Hunter Fowler (Tara); and his great grandchildren, Randi Kay and Peter.
