Janis Freeman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Freeman of Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Banks and Lillian Johnson Banks; and her sister Vivian Jameson. She is survived by: her husband Luther Curtis Freeman; her son Danny Freeman of Piedmont; her sister Francis Anderson; and her grandchildren, Alicia Minter (Brian), Robert Freeman (Emily) and Crystal Freeman. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
