He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean Martin Stone; his sons, Dr. John H. Stone of Verona, KY, Dr. William M. Stone of Phoenix, AZ and D. Claiborne Stone of Atlanta, GA; and his parents, Harry Ryals Stone and May Gunter Stone. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
