He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Caldwell and Birdie Caldwell (Ehrhardt); his son Kenneth Caldwell; his son-in-law Tom L. Holland; his brother Truman Caldwell; his siblings-in-law, Hazel Caldwell, Robert Hewitt and Billie Adams; and his former wife Sue Caldwell (Sircy).
He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Jane Adams; his daughter Jackie Holland of Huron, OH; his grandchildren, Lindsay Aruskevicius (Andy) of Berlin Heights, OH, Shawn Holland (Danielle) of Livonia, MI, Shane Easterling (Ruth) of Des Moines, WA, Brandon Caldwell (Renata) of Piedmont, SC, Rian Caldwell of Kalamazoo, MI and Travis Caldwell (Lainey) of Tecumseh, MI; his great grandchildren, Chase Aruskevicius, Liliana Holland, Patrick Holland, Phoebe Easterling, Abigail Easterling, Leah Easterling and Gannon Caldwell; and his sisters, Ruth Adams of Ypsilanti and Edna Hewitt of Chelsea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
