She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Frederick "Tom" Neighbors; her son Charles G. McCuen (Patricia) of Pickens; her cousins, B. C. Walters (Gloria) of Columbia, Lester Blackwell (Jan), Stella Donelan, Ellen Boylston (Don) and Carol Shirley (Ronnie); her sister-in-law Gloria Mitchell (Bill) of Granbury, TX; and her grandchildren, Dustin TeBrugge, Rebekah Casaras (Alphonso), Daniel and Clayton Neighbors (Peggy). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
