He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Surratt and Pearl Wyatt Surratt. He is survived by: his wife Norma B. Surratt; and his children, David F. Surratt of Rock Hill, SC and Elizabeth S. Oxner of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Surratt's name to Grace Lutheran Church Scout Troop, 426 Oakland Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
