She was predeceased by: her parents, Orien Lee Catoe and Essie Elizabeth Tiller Catoe; and her husband Theron Wilson Starnes, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Theron Wilson Starnes, Jr. (Pete) of Rock Hill and Judy Starnes Mullinax; her son-in-law David D. Mullinax of Edgemoor, SC; and her grandchildren, Amy Starnes (Tim), Jason Starnes (Lesslie), Wendy Hartsoe David (Josh) and Tiffany Tennant. She is also survived by her twelve great-grandchildren; and her four great-great-grandchildren.
