Emily left this world on September 22, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clyde and Blanche Emily Richey Taylor; her brother Don Taylor; and her sister-in-law Patsy Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Davis (Dariel) and Susan Williams (James); her grandchildren, Michele Richards (Zach), Joel Williams (Kayla), Julian Williams and Jeremy Williams; and her niece Donna Kay Kelly (Pete). She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (7784 Augusta Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673). A burial was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
