She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Lee and Ellen L. Brown Smith; her siblings, Evelyn Smith, Kent Smith, Dorothy Foxx, Barbara Ann Maroff and Terry Lee Smith; and her cousins, Jerry Brown and Becky Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Marshall Kenneth "Bub" Evans, Sr.; her son Marty Evans (Jo) of Pelzer; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Rardon of Piedmont, Jimmy Smith (Maxine) of Rock Hill and Maxine Thomas (Ray) of Williamston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces.
