With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edna Caldwell of Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Yadkinville, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Leroy "Bob" Caldwell, Jr.; her parents, Marvin Peeler and Della Callaway Holcomb; and her siblings, Fletcher, Allen, Oscar, Sanford Holcomb, Lucy Reese and Mary Casstevens.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Caldwell of Sedona, AZ, Robert Eric Caldwell of Piedmont, Donald S. Caldwell (Vicky) of Gaffney, Karen Chasteen (Terry) of Piedmont, David Caldwell (Travis) of Pelzer and Dale Caldwell of Atlanta; and her brother Hugh Holcomb (Janice) of Boonville, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
