It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Gardner in Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Raeford, North Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Addison McGill and Ola Bishop McGill; and her husband Ray L. Gardner. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne L. Gardner (Susan) of Rock Hill and Kenneth R. Gardner (Doris) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Laura-Leigh Mohr (Michael), Brooke Wilson (Les) and Stephen Gardner; her stepgrandchildren, Bo Youngblood (Lindsay), Jeff Locker (Jill) and Chris Locker (Susan); her great grandchildren, Brendan, Carson and Olivia Mohr; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexis, Macy, Drew, Jay, Ashley Locker and Campbell Youngblood.
