She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Whiteside and Daisy Mae Dickey Whiteside; and her siblings, Grace Reese, Evelyn Keys, Bobbie Jean Rosemond, Bernice Owens, Rosa Lee Moore, Johnnie Mae Whiteside and Cecil Whiteside.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sylvania Whiteside, Tracy Sherman, Dean Whiteside and Ricky Rosemond; her great-nephew Justin J. Sherman; and her close friends, Dave Sullivan, Virginia Robinson, Rosa Josey (Marcie) and Elliott Rice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
