He is survived by: his parent Bettie Ruth Helms Herron of Rock Hill; his wife Dianne Sweatt Herron; his children, Tonya Case (Earnest) of Rock Hill, Ashley Herron (Michael) of Spartanburg and Billy Rinehart (Sherry) of Gt; his grandchildren, Jennifer Rinehart, Haley Rinehart, Shelby Dunlap, Carlie Case, Ashdyn Collins and Robbie Collins; and his brothers, Joe N. Herron (Cathy) of Westminster and Rhett Herron (Judy) of Rock Hill.
