She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Junie Mae Moore. She is survived by: her husband Charles McNeil; her children, Edward Moore Pollard, Jonathan Van Moore, Rose Elaine Moore and LaToya Moore; her godchild Rico T. Partlow; and her sister Earleen Hunt. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Carolyn's memory with contributions to be made to Alzheimer's Associate of America (act.alz.org).
