He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Todd and Willie Mae Cassidy Thomas; his son William Kevin Todd; and his siblings, James Randolph Todd and Mae Frances Todd.
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Pate Todd; his daughters, Lisa Ann Tompkins of Rock Hill, SC, Lori Lynn Stevens of Lancaster, SC and Karin Jean Collins (Dean) of Lancaster, SC.; and his siblings, Helen Todd Hudson, Judy Miles Carter of Buford, SC and Danny Ray Miles of Simpsonville, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, eleven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital in Greenville, SC.
