He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Bullard (David) of Powdersville and Katina Shirley (Tim) of Simpsonville; his sisters, Barbara Owens and Gay Norris; his grandchildren, Brittani O'Connor (Josh), Seth Powell, Dustin Bullard (Nicole), Bethani Williams (Jimmy), Solomon Powell, Victoria Powell, Harrison Shirley, Jackson Shirley and Grayson Shirley; his great grandchildren, Zoe Powell, Cohen O'Connor, Jensen O'Connor, Athena Powell and Judah Bullard; his son William Kelly Powell; and his brothers, William Neil, Pee-Wee and Roger Britt Powell. He is also survived by wife and parents.
