It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Blackstone of Piedmont, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Orville and Ella Mae Pittman Blackstone; and her siblings, Joyce Pittman, Roy Blackstone and Robert Blackstone.

She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Wayne Blackstone, Nina Satterfield (Hobart) of Easley and Lillian M. McDonald (Robert A.) of Highland Township, MI..

Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
