She is survived by: her spouse Jeptha Dwight Elrod; her children, Donovan Elrod (Melissa) of Rock Hill and Tracy Elrod of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Evan Boan, Kaitlyn Elrod, David Elrod and Savannah Elrod; and her sister Debbie Stanton of Pelzer.
