He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Grace Boulware Ferrell; his brother Joel Ferrell; and his brother-in-law Bill Hawks. He is survived by: his wife Janet Carnes Ferrell; his children, Amy Blair Ferrell and Andrew Barron Ferrell of Rock Hill; his siblings, William Robert Ferrell, III of Sumter, SC, Cecelia Ferrell Hawks of Rock Hill and Kathie Ferrell Locklear of Rock Hill; and his grandchildren, Marshall Ferrell, Drew Ferrell and Leela Blair Ferrell-Albright.
