He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Souza and Maria Arruda Souza. He is survived by: his children, Mark Souza (Jan), Steve Souza and Lisa Souza; his grandson Anthony Cheslak (Michaela); and his great grandchildren, Wade Cheslak, Wilder Cheslak and Gabriel Cheslak.
