He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Chapman and Grace Dodgens Chapman. He is survived by: his significant other Ann Kilgen of Pickens; his daughter Melinda Chapman of Central; his granddaughter Samantha George of Pickens; his great grandchild Prince; and his nieces, Rebecca and Melissa.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Funerals and Cremations - Pickens Chapel (105 Florence St, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (3450 Table Rock Rd, Pickens, SC 29671).
