He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Albert Meadows and Bessie Mae Cole Meadows; his grandson Taylor Meadows; and his siblings, Bernice Meadows, Clarence Meadows, Lloyd Meadows, Junior Meadows, Emett Meadows, Cloy Harvey, Mertha Mitchum, Howard Meadows, Gertrude Utt and Lawrence Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Diane Meadows; his children, Celeste Rougier, Mark Meadows (Grace), Andrea Rider, Brian Meadows (Rebecca), Jaime Newill (Terry), Rian Hedden (Ezra), Halley Willoughby (Brandon), Walter Meadows (Ashley) and Lacie Meadows; and his sisters, Macie Lambert, Mary Cree and Shirley Fuda. He is also survived by 16 loving grandchildren; 21 loving and caring great-grandchildren.
