She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Gilstrap and Peggy Dunn Gilstrap. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Rice; her children, Jessica Paxton of Liberty and Devon Rice of Jacksonville, NC; and her sister Patty Gilstrap Knight. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
