He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Riggins and Margie Riggins; and his brothers, Roger Riggins, Donnie Riggins and Ricky Riggins.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Riggins; his son Clint Riggins (Brenda); his granddaughters, Emmalea and Kaylea Riggins; and his siblings, Carrol Riggins of Waynesville, NC, Sue Reeves (Ed) of Central and Sheila Riggins of Six Mile.
