With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Ann Porter (Pickens, South Carolina), who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Freeman and Elizabeth Mae Robinson Powell; her parents-in-law, Charles and Lois Porter; her sister Millie O'Donald; her brother-in-law Albert; her brothers, Samuel, Gene, Howard and Carl Powell; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Porter and Harold Garrett.
She is survived by: her husband David Porter; her siblings, Doris Garrett, Louise Pace (Joe), Forrest Lee Powell and Steve Powell; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Powell, Karen Powell and Melvin Porter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Martha's honor may be made to Mountain Grove Baptist Church, PO Box 1440, Pickens, SC 29671.
