He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frank Hawkins and Bobby Sue Ellenburg Hawkins; and his brother Allen Hawkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Chuck Hawkins (Ann) of Simpsonville, SC, Terry Hawkins (Nancy) of Pumpkintown, SC, C. F. Hawkins (Rusty) of St Petersburg, FL and Sherry West (Terry) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his close friends, Frankie Patterson, Bonnie Bagwell, Barbara Hammond and Gary Newsome. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
