He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester A. Norton and Bertha Brewer Norton; and his wife Vernie Norton. He is survived by: his children, Ginger Lynne Owens of Easley, Melinda Seymour of Easley, Teresa McCullough of Greenville, Tim Norton of Piedmont and Betty White of Liberty; and his siblings, Rufus Earl Norton and Gearleen Norton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
