He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Bradley and Essie Mae Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bradley; his daughter Cynthia Shirley of Marietta; his grandsons, Joshua Shirley, Dustin Shirley and Matthew Shirley; and his siblings, Bob Bradley, Jimmy Bradley of North Carolina and Ruth Phillips of Pickens. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Johnny's honor may be made to Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 4174 Dacusville Hwy, Easley, SC 29640.
