He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Nix and Pauline W. Alexander Nix; and his wife Jennie Lou Boggs Nix. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Nix of Mauldin, SC, Allan Boggs (Freda) of Six Mile, SC and Jimmy Dale Nix of Greer. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
