He is survived by: his wife Mary Anna Duncan; his sons, Jack Duncan Jr. (Rachel) of Pickens, Freddie Duncan (Wanda) of Pickens and Eddie Duncan (Teresa) of Pickens; his grandchildren, Jessica Worthington (Harris), Shane Duncan (Becca), Kayce Owen (Matthan), Richard Duncan, Brandon Duncan (Charlesie), Bryson Duncan (Ashley) of Pickens, Rebekah Rice (Logan), Andrew Simmons (Erin) and Paige Ellison (Rylee); and his sister Shelby Crowe. He is also survived by Fifteen great-grandchildren.
