He was predeceased by: his mother Marie McJunkins; and his grandparents, Albert "Pee Wee" McJunkins, Eloise "Mary" McJunkins, Albert Couch, Sr. and Patsy Couch.
He is survived by: his father Isaac Couch, Sr.; his children, Albert E. Couch, Mary Ann Couch and Daisey Couch; his siblings, John Couch (Ann Marie), Deanna Couch and Jolyn Couch; and his aunt Lisa Stancil (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
