He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dixon and Beulah Kelley; and his siblings, Jerry Kelley and Edna Gravely. He is survived by: his wife Leuna Anthony Kelley; his children, Ernie Kelley (Donna) of Pickens, Tony Kelley (Lisa) of Pickens and Sharon Laney (James) of Six Mile; and his grandchildren, Casey Sims (Michael), Victoria Ramey (Matthew), Jacob Kelley (Becca), Kayla Gardo (Justin), Clinton Holden (Bethany), Daniel Holden (Taylor) and Seth Holden (Breanna).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dillard Funeral Home (2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671).
