George Wesley Rampey Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Wesley Rampey Sr. (Pickens, South Carolina), who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Joe Rampey; his wife Sarah Jones Rampey; and his granddaughter Stefanie Pressley. He is survived by: his children, Malinda Pressley (Steven) of Seneca and Wesley Rampey of Six Mile; his grandchildren, Kendell Rampey (Katie) and Christopher Rampey; his great grandchildren, Jovie Rampey and Easton Rampey; his siblings, Lewis Rampey, Jerry Rampey and Nancy Heaton; and his close friend Genny Hendricks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Mr. Rampey's honor to the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church building fund located at 101 Pisgah Rd. Easley, SC 29642.
