He is survived by: his wife Catherine Price Hampton; and his children, Charlie Hampton (Lexi) of Marietta, Franklin Hampton Jr. of Easley, Kathy Kidder (Brian) of Easley and Ashley Robinson (Demetrius) of Easley. He is also survived by eight granddaughters; and eight grandsons.
