He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Neal and Ruth Neal; his children, Dedra Neal and Allen Lee; his grandson Jayden Neal; and his siblings, Lloyd Neal and Earline Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Floyd Neal Jr. of Liberty and Marie Lee Galloway of Pickens; and his sisters, Janie Anders and Rosa Edwards. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many more loving friends and family.
