She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gentry and Lillie Mae Gentry (Brewer); her husband Billy Banks Sr.; her daughter Sarah Banks; and her brothers, James Paul Gentry and Thomas Ray Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, James Banks (Susie), Billy Jr. Banks (Debbie), Mary Ann Bagwell (Tom), Jimmy Banks and Roy Banks (Kathy); and her sister Betty Moore (Billy). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Dillard Funeral Home (2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
