He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hunter Jones; his daughters, Christy Tallman (Ted) of Sunset and Jennifer Shelton (Allen) of Sunset; his grandchildren, David Allen, Kayley, Christopher and Ralph; his great grandchild Hunter; his sisters, Doris Simpson (Donnie) of Easley, Jane Farry (Joe) of Greenville, Jackie Furr (Roger) of Pickens and Donna Holliday (Ray) of Six Mile; and his close friend Bud Stancell (Boomer). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's honor may be made to Martin Grove Wesleyan Church, 2008 Shady Grove Rd, Sunset, SC 29685.
