He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Baldwin and Margaret Failey Baldwin; and his grandson Robert Baldwin. He is survived by: his sons, Colin Baldwin (Sandra), David Baldwin (Deborah) and Wayne Baldwin (Susan); his grandchildren, Christina Baldwin-Bascom, Kimberly Picard, William Baldwin and Rebecca Stackpole; and his great grandchildren, Evangeline Baldwin and Prudence Stackpole.
