He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Maurice Painter and Alta Elizabeth Duncan Painter. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Sherrill Painter; his children, Wesley Painter (Michelle) of Central and Jordan Painter (Ashley) of Central; his grandchildren, Sam, Sarah, Brady, Marshall and Emerson; and his siblings, Richard Painter (Annette) and Evelyn Whitley (Eddie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
