He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Donna Parker, James and Ila Morgan. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Morgan (Pat) and Susan Parker Morgan; his sister Neely Morgan Higginbotham (Jordan); his nieces and nephews, Raiden and Zaylee Higginbotham; and his aunts and uncles, Carol Parker Breuel, Emily Parker Morgan, Bryant Parker and Lester Morgan.
