She is survived by: her children, Pat R. Owen (Don) of Pendleton, Tommy Edward Riggins (Martha Jo) of Pendleton, Violet Rhodes (Andy) of Anderson and Kathy Riggins; and her siblings, Doyle Porter of Denver, NC, Frances Moore and Alice Crawford. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
