He was predeceased by: his parents, Castella Lewis and Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his wife KC Robinson; his daughter Castella D. Lewis; his brother Robert C. Lewis; his grandchildren, Noah, Nahvi and Nessiah; and his cousins, Perry O. Lewis, Olethia R. Lewis, Faith M. Lewis, Terestrial F. Lewis, Amos J. Lewis, Demetrius P. Lewis, Kendra T. White, Jeremiah A. Lewis, Isaiah B. White, Reggie M. Lewis, Jacqueline Lewis Williams, Quincy L. Lewis and Veronica R. Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Service Dogs for Veterans, an organization Jonathan felt strongly about.
