He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Alfred. He is survived by: his parent Dessie Mae Freeman Harbin; his wife Wilma O. Harbin; and his children, Deborah Lesley, Ronald Harbin (Pam) and Scott Harbin (Lynne). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
