It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fran Shirley of Pendleton, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Stewart and Flora Lee Looper Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Butch Shirley; her daughters, Carmen Shirley and Leesa Martin (David); her grandchildren, Mandy Martin (Colton Buckner), Katie Martin (Hunter Bond) and Sam Martin; and her brothers, Grover C. Stewart (Delores) and Tommy Stewart (Terri).
Social distancing will be observed and masks are suggested.
