He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Melton and Betty Lark Melton. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Powers Melton; his children, Jessica Faulkenberry (Bill) and Wesley Melton (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Maddie Webb, Willie Webb, Annie Bee Faulkenberry, Emma Grace Melton, Grady Melton and Paisley Melton.
