He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Evans Pruitt Sr and Jimmie Pruitt. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Pruitt; his children, Timothy Pruitt, Chuck Thomas, Kristi Romero, Jason Thomas, Chris Pruitt, Amanda Pruitt, Nicole Brown and Anthony Hamby; and his siblings, Jimmy L Pruitt of Hickory, NC and Laura Pruitt Brown of Oak Island, NC. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pendleton Fire Department.
